Shipping at ALTCELLARS
We do our very best to get your bottles to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
Optimal storage conditions
Our bottles are stored by our logistics partner e-Logik in a specialised warehouse kept at a controlled temperature all year round (14°C). E-Logik applies its expertise to preserve the integrity of our wines throughout the entire supply chain.
Secure packaging
Our bottles are packed in boxes of 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 bottles. These reinforced boxes (CBC) are tested and certified by our carriers. They contain separating inserts, and each bottle is individually wrapped in kraft paper to prevent any risk of breakage.
Delivery options to suit your needs
We deliver within France, across Europe and internationally. Your wine orders can be delivered to your home or workplace by Standard delivery. Within France, you can also choose Express delivery or delivery to a pick-up point (Standard delivery with a pick-up point option, to be selected on the carrier's website). In all cases, please make sure that an adult (aged 18 or over) is present to receive your parcel.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a link with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery on the website of the carrier handling your order.
Shipping costs for France
The shipping costs below do not apply to Corsica, the French overseas departments and territories (DOM/TOM) or remote and hard-to-reach areas (including islands, mountainous regions and other areas as defined by the carriers).
Delivery times are given in business days from dispatch of the parcel by our logistics partner, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
