Terms of Delivery
Delivery at ALTCELLARS
We do our best to deliver your bottles in a timely manner and in the best conditions.
Optimal storage conditions
Our bottles are kept at our logistics partner e-Logik, in a specialized storage facility with temperature control throughout the year (14°C). E-Logik puts its know-how to work to preserve the integrity of our wines at all stages of the supply chain.
Secure packaging
Our bottles are packed in cardboard boxes of 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 bottles. These reinforced boxes (CBC) are tested and certified by our carriers. They contain separation blocks and bottles are individually wrapped in kraft paper to avoid any risk of breakage.
Delivery options that suit your needs
We deliver in France, Europe and internationally. Your wine orders can be delivered to your home or workplace by Standard service. For France, you can also choose to have your order delivered by Express service or to a pickup point (Standard service with pickup point option, to be selected on the carrier's website). In all cases, please make sure that a person of legal age is present on site when you receive your parcel.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a link with parcel tracking number so that you can follow your delivery on the carrier's website.
Delivery charges for France
Delivery charges below do not apply to Corsica, French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM/TOM) and remote or difficult-to-reach areas (including islands, mountain areas and others as defined by carriers).
Delivery times are understood to be in working days from parcel dispatch by our logistics partner, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery charges for Europe
Zone 1: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
Zone 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain.
Zone 3: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Zone 4: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Romania.
Delivery charges below do not apply to remote or difficult-to-reach areas (including islands, mountain areas and others as defined by carriers).
