Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

This policy is to be read in conjunction with Section IX of the Terms of Sale (Right of Withdrawal).

 

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by:

• Using the self-serve returns portal in your customer account, or
• Contacting us at info@altcellars.com

 

Return window

The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order.

 

Returning your items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

 

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
